  • A model deployment in your environment
  • Access controls and network restrictions
  • A written summary of trade-offs and running costs

Example: an internal assistant runs inside your cloud account so documents stay within it.

Model fine-tuning

Fine-tune a model on your examples when prompting and retrieval alone are not enough. We will tell you if it is not the right fit.

You receive

  • Training data preparation
  • A fine-tuned model in your account
  • A before-and-after evaluation

Example: a model learns your house style for product descriptions from approved samples.

Training

Practical, remote sessions that help your team use AI tools well and identify which workflows are worth automating.

You receive

  • Live online sessions tailored to your team
  • Recordings and reference material
  • A prioritised list of automation opportunities

Example: a half-day session for an operations team, followed by a written opportunity review.

Tools and Data for AI Agents

Give AI assistants secure access to the information and actions your business needs.

An AI assistant is only as useful as what it can see and do. We build the connections that let it look up the right records and take approved actions, with controls you can audit.

These are custom development services built for your systems and data. TechNYC does not sell proprietary datasets or run a tool marketplace.
  • Custom APIs for business data

Well-defined endpoints that expose the records an assistant needs, and nothing more.

  • MCP integrations for compatible AI assistants

Model Context Protocol servers that make your tools available to assistants that support MCP.

  • Structured document extraction tools

Turn PDFs, forms and emails into clean fields an assistant or workflow can use.

  • Inventory and supplier connections

Read access to your stock levels, price lists and supplier information from the systems you use.

  • Usage tracking and access controls

Per-user permissions, request logs and limits, so you know who used what and when.

Focused Automation, from $1,000

Example scope

Website enquiry to CRM, with an AI summary

Starting point
Enquiries arrive from the website form in a shared inbox. Someone copies the details into the CRM and forwards them to the right salesperson by hand.
What gets built
  1. A new form submission starts the workflow.
  2. AI writes a short summary and checks it against up to five qualification criteria you define.
  3. The contact and deal are created or updated in your CRM, with a duplicate check.
  4. The right person is alerted in Slack, Teams or email with the summary and a CRM link.
  5. Any failure is logged and alerts you, so an enquiry is never silently lost.
Not included in this example
Extra lead sources, custom dashboards, and software, hosting or AI usage costs.

How the project runs

  1. Scope. You fill in a short questionnaire or send a screen recording of the current process. We reply with a written proposal: deliverables, price and assumptions.
  2. Access. Accounts stay in your company's name. We work through invited user access or API keys you control, not shared passwords.
  3. Build and test. We build the workflow and test it with real past enquiries you provide, anonymised if you prefer.
  4. Your review. You watch a recorded walkthrough of the working system and try it yourself. One round of adjustments is included.
  5. Launch and handover. We switch it on together and hand over documentation and the walkthrough recording. The support period for fixes is set in the proposal.

You receive

  • The working workflow, running in your account
  • Written setup and troubleshooting notes
  • A recorded video walkthrough
  • A test log of the cases we checked

FAQ

Common questions

What can you automate?

Most repetitive, rules-based work that moves information between people and software: enquiry handling, data entry, document intake, reporting, follow-ups, ticket routing and appointment booking. AI helps where the input is unstructured, such as emails, calls and PDFs. If a task needs judgement, we design it so a person makes the final call.

What does a $1,000 project include?

One clearly defined workflow, for example connecting a website form to your CRM with qualification and team notifications. It includes the build, testing with your examples, documentation and a recorded walkthrough. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before work starts, and third-party subscriptions and AI usage are billed separately.

Can you connect our existing software?

Usually, yes. We work with tools that offer an API, webhooks or a supported integration platform. For older systems without an API, browser automation can sometimes help where the software's terms allow it. We confirm what is possible during scoping, before you commit.

Do we need our own API accounts?

In most cases, yes. We recommend that AI, automation, hosting and telephony accounts are opened in your company's name so you own the data, the billing and the access. We help you set them up and keep credentials out of shared documents.

Can a person approve important actions?

Yes. We add approval steps wherever you want them, such as before an email is sent, a record is changed or a payment-related action happens. You decide which actions can run automatically and which always need a person.

What happens after launch?

You receive documentation, access to everything we built and a recorded walkthrough. Each proposal includes a defined support period after launch for fixing issues in the delivered scope. New features or changes after that are quoted separately or handled under a monthly plan.

Is ongoing support available?

Yes. Managed Improvements starts from $1,000 per month, subject to scope, and covers agreed monitoring, maintenance and a defined amount of improvement work each month. It is not an unlimited service; the inclusions are set out in writing.

Where is your team based?

Our team is based in India and works remotely with businesses in the United States. Most communication happens through forms, email and recorded walkthroughs, and live calls can be scheduled at a time that suits both sides.
